At Durgapur Public Institute, we strive to maintain transparency regarding our policies to ensure clarity for parents and guardians. Kindly note the following:

1. Non-Refundable Fees
   All fees paid to the school, including admission fees, tuition fees, and other associated charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Refund of Caution Money
   The caution money deposited at the time of admission is refundable, subject to the following conditions:
   • The student must officially leave the school, either:
     • After completing Class X or Class XII, or
     • During any academic session upon receiving a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school.
   • Refunds will be processed only after clearing all dues and liabilities.
3. Deductions on Caution Money
   Deductions may be applied to the refundable caution money in cases where the student has caused damage to or destruction of school property during their tenure. Such deductions will be assessed and communicated based on the extent of the damage.
